CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have purchased a Groupon you will still have to have a card on file in case of being late or no show appointments. If you are 10 minutes late you will be marked as a no show and charged the 50% fee. * If you have a Groupon and do not attend the appointment you will be charged the 50% price of the service, which is a brazilian.
